Project Duration
January 2024 to March 2024
The Process
We began with clarifying client goals and recruiting participants who matched our screened criteria. We then created tasks and set up a comparative tree test. After monitoring submissions and ensuring we had accurate data, we analyzed the results from the current tree and proposed tree information architectures.
The Impact
Based on our findings from each tree, we were able to offer the client clear and actionable recommendations to improve their banking navigation system for their online users.
